TUITION REFUND POLICY
We understand that some singers may need to leave the program early because of circumstances beyond their control. If a singer withdraws before the season ends due to illness or another unforeseen situation, a refund or tuition reduction may be available. A parent or guardian must provide written notice, preferably at least 30 days before the withdrawal date. Any refund or reduction will be based on the date Rainier Youth Choirs receives the notice. Families using an installment plan must continue payments until the required amount has been paid.
- If written notice is provided on or before September 1, the family is responsible only for the nonrefundable registration fee.
- If written notice is provided on or before September 20th, the family is responsible for the nonrefundable registration fee and one-quarter of the annual tuition.
- If written notice is provided on or before January 1, the family is responsible for the nonrefundable registration fee and one-half of the annual tuition.
- If written notice is provided after January 1, the family is responsible for the nonrefundable registration fee and the full annual tuition.
- After January 1, there is no allowable refund.
